In-depth interviews are conducted with all potential shortlist candidates, who are screened according to your brief and also assessed according to our own appraisal techniques.
We have enjoyed significant success with this approach, with 92% of candidates accepting employment offers as well as a high percentage of long-term placements and an excellent client retention rate of 79% (quoted figures are all since the business was started).
In the majority of cases we are able to promise a 6 week timescale from receipt of your brief to putting forward a shortlist – which we will always do face to face so that we can provide a thorough presentation of each candidate and answer any questions you may have.
